Little Black Bear announces the launch of our new website!

November 15, 2008

For the first time in the history of our consulting firm we are able to communicate the range of our services to the world, and in particular to the First Nation, Metis, & Inuit communities of Turtle Island (North America). We are a professional consulting firm with a range of facilitation services that includes everything from ground floor conceptual design and development of organizations and businesses to training and wellness initiatives for staff and boards.

"I had a dream to help teams work together in harmony and with focused energy and that's what I've tried to do with many of my clients across the country," said Darrell Phillips, Principal Consultant of Little Black Bear & Associates. "I learned quite early in the '90's about how to facilitate various processes and to effectively help teams reach their goals and potential much faster. There's no greater pleasure than to see the group come together and get excited about their work."

Little Black Bear & Associates began, like many consulting firms, with a basic idea to offer facilitation methods that helped groups move forward through a process of consenses building. The participants always possess the skills, abilities, and knowledge of what needs to be done; what is needed is the process tool to bring the group's thoughts and ideas together into a focused plan of action. The art of facilitation is our flagship area of expertise. A professional facilitator will save you time and resources by focusing your team quickly around any topic. You know what needs to get done, we have the vehicle to get you there fast and effectively.
