Caregivers & Wellness Conference (2008)

Little Black Bear & Associates provided complete Project Management and Coordination services for this wellness gathering that included both workshop and plenary sessions at a 4-day conference involving over 250 Aboriginal caregivers. Highlights included Travis Dugas as the talented Master of Ceremonies, Susan Aglukark hosting a gala evening that showcased Aboriginal talent, and a wide variety of wellness workshops by community trainers. Aboriginal Peoples Television Network (2008)

Little Black Bear & Associates worked with the News personnel of APTN to examine ways to improve the News & Current Affairs segment of programming. We also facilitated discussions with the News team to generate ideas and concepts to be incorporated into a new and improved newscast.

Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce (2007)

Little Black Bear & Associates facilitated a process that utilized Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) principals that established foundational linkages for further economic development initiatives in Manitoba.

Future 4 Nations Aboriginal Head Start (2007)

Little Black Bear & Associates developed a Shared Vision, an Action Plan, and problem solving exercises that addressed key issues facing the AHS Centre.

Black River First Nation (2006)

Little Black Bear & Associates worked with both Board & Staff of the Community Health Centre to devise a Shared Vision for the future with specific actions for a 1-year time period.

National Aboriginal Head Start Council (2006)

Little Black Bear & Associates developed PATH plans for this National organization and each of its four Sub-Committees to ensure there is a plan of action with specific milestones for the organization's development over the next 2 years.

Southern Chiefs Organization (2005/06)

Little Black Bear & Associates created a Strategic Plan with the Grand Chief and staff of SCO with reviews occurring every six months to evaluate progress and to develop new targets.
